NSFC Meet & Greet Pass Redemption - T&Cs

TERMS & CONDITIONS – WARRIX CONCEPT STORE RAHANG GRAND LAUNCH MEET & GREET PASS REDEMPTION

This Meet & Greet Event (“Event”) is organised by Universal Sports Sdn Bhd in conjunction with the official launch of the Warrix Concept Store, Rahang, and supported by Negeri Sembilan Football Club (NSFC).
By participating in this Event, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

●       Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above only.

●       Employees of Universal Sports Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate

To qualify for the Meet & Greet:

1.      Purchase the official NSFC 2025 Pre-Season Jersey (Home or Away) from any of the following official platforms:

○       Warrix’s official website

○       Warrix’s official Shopee store

○       Warrix’s official Lazada store

○       Warrix Concept Store Central i-City, Shah Alam

○       Warrix Concept Store Rahang, Seremban

2.      Attend the Event wearing the purchased jersey.

3.      Redeem your Meet & Greet Pass at the Redemption Counter on-site.

The Redemption Counter will be open from 2:00 PM on 5 July 2025 at Warrix Concept Store, Rahang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

3. Redemption Details

●       Redemption is strictly limited to the first 40 participants who meet the requirements and appear in person on the event day.

●       Each participant is entitled to redeem one (1) Meet & Greet Pass only, regardless of the number of jerseys purchased.

●       No proxies allowed. All participants must queue in person.

●       Participants must present valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, receipt, or e-invoice) upon request.

●       Each participant must be wearing the original Warrix jersey (Home or Away) at the time of redemption.

●       The organiser reserves the absolute right to deny redemption or entry to any person who:

○       Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions;

○       Fails to provide valid proof of purchase; or

○       Is found wearing counterfeit or unauthorised replicas of the official jersey.

4. Event Details

●       The Meet & Greet session will take place at Warrix Concept Store, Rahang on 5 July 2025 (time to be confirmed).

●       The Pass grants access to the Meet & Greet session only and does not include merchandise, priority entry, or additional entitlements unless stated otherwise.

5. Event Cancellation & Changes

●       The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at its sole discretion without prior notice.

●       Changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, adverse weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or force majeure events.

●       In such cases, the organiser will not be held liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by participants.

6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

●       The organiser reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

●       Changes will take effect once published on the official event page or designated communication channels.

●       Participants are encouraged to review the latest Terms & Conditions prior to the Event.

7. General Terms

●       Meet & Greet Passes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not for resale. Any attempt to sell or transfer the pass may result in cancellation.

●       By attending, participants agree to allow the organiser to photograph, film, and record the event and use the content for marketing, publicity, and archival purposes without compensation or further notice.

●       The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant for breach of terms, inappropriate behaviour, or safety concerns.

8. Personal Data Protection

●       By participating, attendees consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the organiser for purposes related to this Event, including identity verification, communication, publicity, and marketing (if applicable).

●       All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the organiser’s privacy policy.

●       Participants may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by contacting info@warrix.my.

9. Disclaimer

●       The organiser will not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage sustained during the Event.

●       By participating, attendees agree to release and hold harmless the organiser, its affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from participation.
